The privileged sports activities to lose weight – sports walking, fast walking or Nordic walking – are often practiced to take care of your physical condition. It’s true: these endurance sports allow you to find and maintain the ideal weight in a non-traumatic way. But not everyone loses weight in the same way, much less at the same speed! These 3 factors directly affect the amount of calories consumed with each sports walk.
